CVCC has a philosophy of providing maximum access to its members while running first class golf events. Each event is designed to engage members at all levels of play. Whether for individual Championships, 2-Man Championships, Couple's golf or family focused events, CVCC makes the experience challanging, fun and memorable.

Member-Only Events

  • Men's Opening Day: A five-man scramble followed by a grand party and dinner dance. Held each year to coincide with the Kentucky Derby.

  • Two-Man Best Ball: Year-long single elimination match play event. Two-man teams are formed and try to win six matches throughout the season to be named Champions.

  • Chagrin Valley Cup: Annual two day Ryder Cup style event

  • Survivor: Year-long single elimination match play event for individuals

  • Green Coat Classic: Our biggest Member-Member event is a two-day tournament held in July.

  • Club Championships: Match play event held in August to determine our Club Champion golfer of the year.

  • Patriot Classic: One-day Fall Member-Member event on Labor Day weekend that benefits the Folds of Honor.

  • Men's Closing Day: A four-man shamble followed by dinner dance and award ceremony recognizing tournament winners from the past year.

 

Member-Guest Events

  • CVCC Field Days: One-day guest events held once per month in May, July and August. Member host one to seven guests for a great day at the Club that includes lunch, golf, prizes followed by cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. The perfect way to entertain business clients, friends or family.

  • Men's Invitational: Our biggest Member-Guest event at CVCC. A three-day event in June where we present the golf course and the culinary program at the highest standard.

 

Ladies' Golf Groups

Ladies 18 Hole Group: CVCC offers ladies 18-hole golf every Tuesday morning during the season. This group offers golf for all tastes. Whether competition or casual golf is your goal, this group offers both. The season runs every May through September.

  • Ladies' 18 Hole Member Guest: One-day guest event to highlight the golf and culinary experience at CVCC. Great way to entertain a friend or family.

  • Ladies Club Championship week: Three-day match play event to determine the Lady Golf Champion of the Year.

 
Lady Nine Hole Group:  CVCC offers ladies' 9-hole golf every Wednesday morning during the season. This is the fastest growing golf group at CVCC. This group is for both new players and also for players who prefer to stop after nine. Most stay and enjoy lunch after their round.

 Couples Golf: CVCC offers couples golf every Sunday with tee times from 11am -1pm.
